Care Team Help

Use the summarized table below to understand how a care team member can you help you and the kind of questions you can ask them.

Doctor

I can select the lab tests, deliver test results to you, give you a care plan, and answer any questions you may have

  • “What are we checking for with my blood?”

  • “What do my test results mean?”

  • “How can I get better?”

  • “Why is my bloodwork being done?”

  • “How frequent are the blood draws?”

  • “What time are you going to take my blood?”

I monitor your vital signs and overall comfort while at the hospital. I can also answer some questions when your doctor isn’t available
